01Which source formats can you accept?
We work with common professional, camera, webinar, screen-recording, presentation, and audio formats. Discovery confirms the actual codecs, containers, frame rates, channel layouts, and any transcode or recovery requirements.
02Do you provide ProRes and H.264 files?
When appropriate. ProRes is commonly used for high-quality editorial masters and H.264 for end-user delivery, but the final specification follows your hosting, LMS, archive, and downstream-production needs.
03Are captions generated automatically?
Speech recognition may support a first pass, but final captions are reviewed for timing, punctuation, speaker identity, meaningful sounds, and specialized terminology before delivery.
